Nice Size Grill

It serves it's purpose but am not happy with it burning and food sticking. I've owned several nonstick ceramic pans and I never had a problem. Wish it had a better nonstick interior.

Peeled off after 3 uses

I was so excited when I received this pan and used it. It was so easy to clean with the yellow spongy side. Unfortunately, after 3 uses I noticed that the ceramic was peeling off. I am not sure how this happened but I know it shouldn't happen so quickly. No time to return it.

Calphalon Ceramic grill pan

Ceramic pans recommended for cancer free cooking. Calphalon makes great pans.

Easy Cleaning

I received this product for review. This grill pan outperformed my current griddle in cooking and cleanup. The ceramic coating creates a smooth and non-stick surface so food slips easily out. This same coating means no stubborn food to cleanup. Most of the residue cleaned out with a dry cloth. I was worried the ceramic coating would be sensitive but after several meals cooked no scratches or nicks to report. Perfect chicken and pan grilled hamburgers. Makes fantastic sandwiches also with the perfect grill mark.

Great features and very classy!

I received this pan free and here's my honest opinion...very easy to clean, food does not stick. Food slips right out. Can use in oven up to 450 degrees. Handle is SS and looks great, and it also stays cool. Hard-anodized aluminum so very durable and heavy duty. Couldn't ask for a better pan, maybe a 14" one! Love all 12" pans anyway. This is a great product. Very classy/very pretty, too.
