Great pans

I got these pans as a wedding gift and I couldn’t go back to another brand. The material is great and worth the price. They are functional and I will always use these for years to come.

Definitely non-stick

I have the two pans set of these and anything I cook in it never sticks. Only need a few drops of olive oil for some stuff and other stuff needs nothing. It just slides right out of the pan. Very sturdy made and light weight.

Easy clean, non stick and PTFE PFOA free

I love this Calphalon pan set! They heat evenly, cook with little to no oil, and food never sticks. Super easy to clean and feel sturdy but not heavy. Perfect for everyday cooking. And they are PTFE- and PFOA-free, giving me peace of mind.

Best pans ever

Since I purchased these two ceramic lined pans, they have definitely had a good workout in my kitchen. They have become my "go to" pans for just about everything. They look great, anything I cook gets nicely browned without much or any oil added, & the clean up is a BREEZE! I feel much better using the ceramic versus the "old" pans lined with forever chemicals.

Short handles

The handle on the small pan is very short so it definitely gets warm and hot. I used it over a gas stove and didnt think it would get hot but it did and i believe part of the problem is because handle is short. So be careful. Also i feel it takes longer to cook in this pan maybe it’s my imagination. Wish they hadn’t discontinued the ones I originally had.
