Excellent buy!!

Why ohhhh why did I wait so long to buy one on these?? It is the best investment kitchen wise I've ever made, breakfast is so fast and easy!! Pancakes on one side, eggs on the other, ready in 5 minutes!!!!

Good griddle with some issues

I've had this pan for over a year. This is the second one that I've owned. This review can also be applied for the previous plan. Both have functioned and aged the same. The non-stick coating is good, but has gotten some scratches on it. Only coated utensils have be used. The pan is allowed to cool before washing, and is normally washed in the dishwasher. The results: 1. Both pans warped. Since I cook on a glass top, eggs tend to run towards one side. 2. Surface coating (sides and bottom, not non-stick) is coming off.

Disappointed

Had an older model for several years, was great. Bought this griddle & it warped within 6 months with limited use on electric range using medium temps....not good. Sides are also too low for scrambled eggs.
