Great pans!

Caphalon pans do a great job cooking food evenly. As per their instructions, I do not use spray on stuff like Pam, just olive oil and the pans are easy to clean.

Very versatile skillets

This was such a great deal. The sizes are so versatile and the weight of the pans are of good quality. They are getting daily use at my house!

Stained after first use

Received these pans as a wedding gift. After using the smaller pan once, the sides stained with a sticky, burnt colored substance. I tried soaking the pan and scrubbing, it wont come off. I also had to scrub the larger pan a lot to get it clean. I would not recommend these pans.

Awesome buy

i was not very sure about buying steel pans as i have been using non stick because of their apparent benefits . I bought this in deal. And really i didnt regret it .Infact now i dont use non stick any more . Really easy to cook .Easy to clean . Should cook at medium to high flame .Cant cook at high . Once one of the pan literary burnt and i lost hopes .I just poured water and baking soda for a while and it became just as new . Will definitely recommend .
