Great results

Great pan!

We needed a second pan for my partner’s birthday cake side gig. We received our original at our wedding 17 years ago. And it still performs, so we expect no less from this pan.

Sticky situation

My daughter got this as a wedding gift. She thought her inexperience was the problem. Not the case. I've made hundreds of angel food cakes in my 70 years. This pan was the worst. Would not release cake and after much scrubbing it is still stuck. Repurpose as an expensive planter.

detroit pizza

I obtained two of these from a thrift store for a very nice price. I use them to make Detroit style pizza so that every piece is a corner piece :-). I stay at 500 degrees F or below; I wish the temp could go higher. But both times I have made pizza with these, the pans worked wonderfully.

Good weighted pan

I bought this several days ago because the recipe calls for 8 inch square pans. I like the weight of the pan and when I was looking for pans, this had the best ratings. Even though it is advertised as non stick ( one of the reasons for purchase) I was unhappily surprised when even though I generously greased and floured the pan as directed, the middle of the cake stuck. I will use parchment paper in the future to keep this from happening. I have been baking for a long time with non stick pans and have not had issue.
