The Best Pots & Pans Ever!

These are the best pots and pans I have ever owned. They heat quickly and evenly, produce a nice brown and clean up beautifully. I love that I am cooking on a healthy surface without the fear of damaging it. I added to my set by purchasing the 7 Qt Dutch Oven and the 12” Fry Pan. I wish there was a smaller Sauce Pan (1.5 Qt) available. This was definitely a purchase I am very happy with.

Great product

It works like a dream right out of the box, unlike other non-stick pans we've purchased made without PFAs. I wish this set included a 5.5 qt, but this works fine (and I bought a separate enameled cast iron for that).

IMO the BEST cookware!

I’m really happy with my Calphalon ceramic cookware. It has excellent non-stick properties with respect to releasing food and also making clean-up easy. NOTHING STICKS! But the primary reason I bought this set was because the ceramic coating is non-toxic (unlike most non-stick coatings). In addition, the set is very attractive and is built to last. As a matter of fact, I have a Calphalon set that is 30 years old and it still cooks and looks great. That’s why when I decided that I’d like the convenience of a non-stick set I only ever considered buying another Calphalon set.

Cookware from NASA

My family got this set a few months ago and I honestly have never seen pans with such a non-stick surface. It's extremely smooth, which takes some getting use to because you may find yourself pushing the food around the pan instead of getting under it to flip it (meats, veggies, eggs, etc.). That said, my family cooks eggs with no butter, and hot dishes with no oil...the pans just wipe clean under the faucet. I'm very impressed (and that's hard to do)! They are a bit heavy, so they take a little longer to heat up and cool down, and the aluminum handles will get warm but not hot. Everything is well-constructed and very durable from what I can tell. Ultimately, I definitely recommend them! (Give the old ones to the kids when they move out, lol)
