Professional Cookware

You can't go wrong with Calphalon Cookware. Cooked a 14lb turkey with vegetables and cleanup on this roasting pan was a breeze.

Sturdy roaster fit for Thanksgiving

The Calphalon Roaster Rack is fantastic! It’s sturdy, well-built, and fits perfectly in my roaster or large baking pan. The design allows for even airflow around meat and vegetables, giving a perfectly roasted, crispy finish every time. Cleanup is easy, and it’s durable enough to handle heavy roasts without bending. I especially love that it keeps the food elevated, so nothing sits in its own juices — the results are much tastier and healthier. A must-have for anyone who loves roasting! I will be making the turkey this year with this pan.

Nice pan. Rack not so good

Purchased 2 years ago, had to return due to non-stick coating melting on the rack when baking turkey. Got a replacement hoping it was just a faulty one and unfortunately same thing happened again. Disappointed as I expected much better quality for the price and brand.

Great quality decades old roasting pan!

I bought this roasting pan in 1997 and I still use it for large roasts and turkey. Its still looks new. The only problem is that I left the non-stick coated rack soaking in water overnight too many times so around year 2017 it started rusting since the coating slicked off. My fault as we all know not to leave non-stick pans in water. I love this roaster! I hope they still make it with the same quality so other can purchase and enjoy it!
