Calphalon Premier 7 Quart Sauteuse with Lid

Purchased as a gift for a gentleman who loves to cook and had admired my 7 quart pan (without lid). I'd always hoped I could find a lid for mine to extend its usefulness. Immediately ordered this one - and will always remember how pleased he is with this sauteuse. A great purchase!

Gotta love Calphalon

I have always loved Calphalon cookware..two of my favorite pieces just plumb wore out…I searched for a replacement for a long time..and only recently discovered both pieces on your website..I am over the moon excited ..the new pieces are actually superior to the pieces replaced..this piece in particular is nowhere else on the public market. I would give them a 10 star rating 🤗🤗🤗

Good but no long insulated handle

The pan is of excellent quality however I did not realize it did not have a long handle on one side. So you must use hot pads when cooking which I find cumbersome. Also the lid handle gets hot while cooking.

I really-purchased same pan because I love the size plus has a lid. My only concern is the teflon wore off however, I understand it happens but wish it didn’t. I had it for many years though.
