Flat Lid is a unique concept

Unsolicited Rave Review

Excellent well made product! Heat distribution and retention is impeccable! Built as solid as a cast iron skillet. Tempered glass lid fits perfectly. Clowns easily! Lastly, it's stackable with the set I'm piecemealing together as I can afford.

Calphalon Premier fry pan - Not recommended

I do not like the Calphalon Premier Space-Saving Hard-Anodized Nonstick pan. The cover is very awkward to use. Also the fry pan warped shortly after I purchased it. It now wobbles on the burner. I also had the item delivered to my sister because I was not going to be home. Now everything I get thru emails etc have her name on it. Not happy at all with this purchase!

Not anything like their predecessors.

I'm a long time Calphalon customer. I've been using their products for over thirty years. I was really excited to see a space-saving Everyday Pan. I ordered it immediately. When it arrived I was really disappointed by the shape. The previous iterations were much more rounded than this and perfect for so many things... Like Dutch Babies. These not anything like their predecessors.

Scratches easily

Non stick coating is not tough and scratches easily. I’m very careful and still see scratches.
