The no stick finish is exceptional, simply hand wash (I don't put nonstick things in the dishwasher) and you're ready to make another treat.

Very nice quality pans!
These pans have a very nice lifetime finish. The price was reasonable for a quality set of pans. I purchased these to make individual German Pancakes and they work very well. The finished product looks very professional, so much nicer than a huge pancake on a dinner plate and even provides space for a beautiful garnish. I will be using them for quiche and many other recipes just because they are so very cute.

Tin Moderation
My side job is a Baker by design - my true passion. Being a creature of following Healthy tips for my 10 year old son, Evan and I. All desserts in moderation is our norm. These tins are awesome, heavy duty - long lasting and just the perfect size for individual sampling.

Simply fantastic!
After trying my first four, I bought four more. It's just me and my husband anymore, and a large pie is simply too much. I first prepare my pie filling and freeze 3/4 cup filling in each pan. After about four hours I pop them out and put them back in the freezer in a ziplock bag. Then I prepare my pie dough, and I can do six two crust tarts from a two crust pie recipe. So I roll them out and freeze between parchments and ziplock again. When I want a pie,like tonight, I take out two round pie doughs and within a short time they can be worked into my tart pan. Pop in the frozen filling, and bake. My honey and I share a tart while still warm! Yum! I couldn't live without them! Simply fantastic!

An Intelligent Pie Pan for Single Folk
I cook a many pies for bake sales and gifts. I have friends who are single; a mini pan is perfect for one or two persons....Because this is a mini pie pan, I am able to bake several flavours at one time; variety of choice is appealing A single person cannot always make use of a full size pie (ie 9", 10", etc).... there is no waste with the mini pie. Added feature is the scalloped edge of the pan which creates a professional, and attractive finish to the pie.

nice little pans
Rather than making "ful-size" pies for Christmas this year, I decided to try making small pies. Great idea and wonderful little pie tins. I will purchase some silicon "utensils" as I don't want to scratch them. Excellent quality -not tinny. I know I will use them for many years to come.
