Oder not delivered

I am extremely disappointed with my experience and the handling of my order. According to your system, my order was marked as delivered, but I did not receive anything. I checked thoroughly around my property, confirmed with neighbors, and reviewed delivery times—there was absolutely no delivery made. What makes this situation even more frustrating is that once an order is marked as delivered in the system, it seems the responsibility is shifted away from the company, even though the customer is left without the product they paid for. This is unacceptable. A delivery confirmation should reflect reality, not just a system update.
