Bad Suitcase

I bought this suitcase for my husband and as soon as he traveled with it the suitcase broke both of them. This is unacceptable and wrong considering the fact I payed good money.

Missing items in the package

I ordered a 3-piece Calvin Klein luggage set from Macy’s, but unfortunately I received only one piece instead of the full set. This was very disappointing, especially since I needed the complete set for upcoming travel. I’ve reached out for support and hope the issue is resolved quickly, but receiving an incomplete order was frustrating. Macy’s should ensure better packaging and verification before shipping.

bad wheel

I loved this but recently had one of my wheels totally destroyed. Have only had it for a little over a year. I would think they should last longer so kind of disappointing.

The zipper broke when I was packing for the trip Getting from the trip one of wheels broke to the worst suitcase I wouldn’t recommend this product
