Frustrated

The strap popped off and my backpack opened ..

Not Built to Last

I’m very disappointed. I absolutely loved the way this bag looked and was excited to receive it for my birthday on March 9th. Unfortunately, the strap broke this past Sunday while I was at church, just over two months since I started using it. I prefer backpacks and have had others last me for years, so it’s disheartening that this one couldn’t hold up to regular use. If you’re looking for something durable for everyday use, this isn’t it. Do not buy unless it’s just for occasional or decorative use.

closure issue

front closure needs to be something other than magnetized. The separate sections are great and secure. I bought this for travel and think it will work well. Change the front closure please.

Great purse but uncomfortable to wear

My husband bought me this purse loved the color and the style of the purse. But when I put my stuff in and put it on the metal hooks stuck in my back and the ones in the front were left in my arm pits.
