It’s an ok pillow

The pillow itself if fine. I wouldn’t call it a firm pillow. All the stuffing leaves the center and goes to the ends. Fluffing the pillow does not solve the problem.

A good quality pillow, but...

I love the firmness of this pillow. However... I have had to air it out before using it, as it smells like perfume. Even the plastic bag smells like it was sprayed with it. Not good for those of us with sensitive noses.
