Horrible

I ordered X-Firm We put them out the same day we got them . By next morning they were already flattened. Same or worse than our OLD pillows , we needed to replace them. Regret getting these pillows

Worst Delivery Service by Doordash

Never received the pillows. Showed the delivery photo by Doordash but also my Ring cameras showed it was delivered and taken by Doordash. Reported Macy and they did nothing.
