Bad quality 2 times used now garbage because is broken.
CK set of suitcases
The brand’s name has definitely declined when it comes to this set. The zipper on the carry-on got stuck and would not close and when I finally was able to get it to move, it wouldn’t close the entire length so there was a gap. Finally after moving it back and forth several times it closed but there was a bulge. The other 2 were also difficult to maneuver. I’m hoping they will stand the test of time but the first time traveling with them was stressful l; thankfully they did not fall apart but they came real close. I expected better quality from items with the CK name on them.
Worse Luggage Purchased
This luggage is overpriced and garbage. The wheels have have before the end of the first trip. The luggage looks great, but does not work. Don’t waste your money. Our previous luggage lasted over 10 years, this one lasted half a trip and customer services was horrible both from Macy’s and Calvin Klein.
Garbage
This luggage is horrible. I used this luggage a total of 3x. The wheels broke. I called Macy's, they wouldn't replace it even with it being under warranty
junk
I bought these aug 2023, cheaply made cheap quality zipper broke already! Great brand name but the luggage is very poor quality! Plus the wheels are too small for the large suitcase which causes other issues! Don’t buy it!
Disappointed
I am disappointed with the product. I used the product 3 time to travel and it is falling apart. I thought I was getting a deal on a good brand but it ended up not being what I was expecting.

not a good bag, the quality is not good, already broken on arrival… The base and tire area broken like broken received
Poor Quality
Cheap product would not recommend this purchase. I used the large suite case twice; 2 wheels are not moving and started to detach / crack from the suitcase.
