The neck leaves an unsightly bulge

I didn't like the jacket because of the collar; it creates an unsightly bulge, and the hood is too big. It's a shame because the rest of the jacket is exactly what I wanted: the perfect length and warm without being overly so. It's a pity it doesn't look nice.

Super tight for a Large. It's either mismarked or their idea of Large is barely a medium. I can get it on (barely, but, can't get it zipped.
