Calvin Klein collard coat

Coat seems to be very light, It runs a bit small. I wear large and bought xl but the sleeves are over my hands. I don't know if I will keep. I got at a very nice sale price. I will maybe have to take it to my seamstress to have it altered, but then it will maybe cost me more than I bought for the coat. 🤔 I will see what then. It is very nice and seems to be warm although its not bulky.

Never shipped yet Macys still charged me

This product has been stuck in 'waiting to be shipped' for over 2 weeks, yet my card was charged and now my credit card payment is due. Then they spontaneously sent me a gift card, and I live nowhere near a Macys. They won't let me use the gift card to pay my bill. So now I owe you money for a product you never shipped, do not have the jacket that I need for a trip, and have a gift card that is useless to me. Macy's used to be so good. Sorry to say, they have changed.

Calvin Klein Womens Collared Quilted Coat

Overall, I like this jacket. however, sizing is off. I usually wear a medium but this one was too small and tight around the shoulders and armpit. So sad I had to return.
