Classic coat for winter

CK women’s car coat cashmere + wool

Shipping took an eon, but when it FINALLY arrived, this staple outerwear investment garment was on a heavy plastic coat hanger and protected with clear thin plastic drycleaner type bag. Coat is true to size, and the fabric is cashmere-blend soft enough and warm without being bulky and hot. Construction is good. Lined. Back vent. Well-placed, adequate slash side pockets. Good winter sale value. Classic streamlined minimalist car coat / walking coat length and silhouette, which has been a nightmare to find online. Idiotic logo label sewn on OUTER sleeve had to be tediously surgically removed with a tailor’s seam ripper, however. CK seems to be continuing its consistency for being a no-brainer easy go-to brand for expected quality.

Camel oat

I bought the camel colored coat in a size 10. I’d previously tried it on at another retailer (Vo* M**r). I usually wear an 8, but the size 10 allowed room for bulky sweater/layers. Macys was out of my size in red, VM wouldn’t budge on their $250+ price, so I ordered online from Macys and got a great deal. Pleased!
