Highly disappointed
Never received my order they said it was delivered but nothing was there then when I reached out to customer care they had no empathy gonna say that they will ship the item again I advised I paid for DoorDash delivery the same day I asked will it be arriving today the agent advised wait 24-48 for an email that will advised Macy’s you dropped the ball with this one highly upset customer
Madly in love with this bag!
I have been needing a nice, versatile black bag for a while now and this one is just perfect what with winter season upon us. The glossy, embossed finish looks posh, and it's sturdy and durable enough to stand up to everyday wear. It's generously roomy and holds all of my things without feeling like it's packed solid -- I can reach in and easily see and find what I need. I got the black finish and love it so much I'm considering getting it in the satin mink finish as well. Highly recommend this gorgeous bag!
Sleek, shiny, and very well made
The details of this bag are gorgeous. It’s well made with a beautiful shiny material, strong seams, multiple pockets to hold a lot, and strong straps. It is just a stunning design! I’m having a little bit of trouble getting behind bringing such a fancy bag to use everyday or feels too big (bigger than it looks in photos) to bring to fancier events. So I’m slightly confused when to use it but the bag itself is beautiful

Spacious and elegant
My first Calvin Klein tote and I am obsessed. Amazing quality. Doesn’t wrinkled. The size is perfect. Great for on the go and to carry all of my must have essentials. I will be using it as a diaper bag since I am going to be a mom for the second time soon. Has amazing space and two compartments plus a small zipper bag in the middle. It looks very elegant. I love the simple but elegant design. It’s also black and silver which is perfect to pair with most of my outfits.

New Favorite Work bag
I absolutely love my Calvin Klein Verne Tote in black and silver! It’s incredibly lightweight, which makes carrying it around all day so much easier. Upscale basic for the office!
This is the PERFECT bag for me and is a gorgeous addition to my career wardrobe. It’s in basic black, but it’s anything but basic! The metal accents at the base of the handles gives it a bit of an edge and the attached silver charm honors the bag charm aesthetic these days without being “too” trendy. The subtle embedded CK monogram logo adds a bit of interesting texture to the patent leather surface. This is a structured bag with two main compartments, with each having their own magnetic closure. I can easily fit my 13-inch laptop into one compartment. There is a center compartment that is zippered for additional security. I carry this into the office on my rail commute into the city, and it always looks sharp while being functional at the same time. I also use this to carry my portable monitor, laptop and planner between offices, and this bag makes me look very professional and organized walking into conference rooms prior to making presentations. I highly recommend this bag if you’re looking for a quality bag that will help you make a good impression!
