Sent wrong handbag

Usually love Ck bags. Would love Zulle bag if I received the right bag. Sent wrong bag, had to return and reorder Zulle. Still waiting!! Needed it for vacation, probably won’t get it in time!

Missing the small coin purse

Received the bag very excited about it, opened it up and no small coin purse attached!! Called customer service and have to send the bag back in the mail (UPS) now waiting for the second shipment to arrive
