Disappointed Poorly made

I absolutely loved this bag, but after a few days the strap started coming loose. I still continue wearing thought I could fix it WRONG. It’s worse the strap constantly unhooks I’m unable to return as my return deadline was January 28th.

Defective

There are weird circles that the straps are attached to and the open ok there own and the strap falls off one side. This was without even leaving the house with it. I tried it on twice. It's also very slender. I don't think I'll be ordering purses online again.
