The purchase was disappointing

The boots are good quality but feel cheaper than usual Camper shoes. I ordered a "W" width for extra comfort, but they were too narrow in the foot while the shaft and instep were normal. I returned them. Online shopping is becoming increasingly frustrating, too many returns. I wish there was a full range of shoes in a regular store where I could try them on and buy them right away.
