Junk

Bought this and when it came I took it out of the box turned it on and installed cartridges and tried to proceed and immediately got error message 6000.Tried to do online fix does not work boxing it up now to send it back.Do not waste your time of money on this product.

Happy

I'm happy with the printer recommended by the Canon sales staff, after my old Pixma died and was not eligible for repairs (but really, who repairs a printer, anyway?) I like that there are only 2 types of ink cartridges to have on hand. I am trying the new print program.

Terrible quality printer

This is the worst printer. I bought it about 8 weeks ago, have used it maybe 5x (for small print jobs of a page or a few pages) and it stopped working today. I got an error, called support, and it has to be returned. My last Canon printer lasted 15 years and actually still works but the driver is no longer available.

Great printer that does it all ...

A great printer that does it all ... easy set-up, add the supplied ink and paper and you are set to go. We use it as a network printer in our motorhome. My wife teaches elementary school so it gets a real work out.
