Terrible product

This Capresso H2O Select Glass Kettle is a terrible product. After a few months, it doesn't heat the water, and you only get lukewarm water. I need a replacement.

Short Lived

It was cute for the very short time it lived. It broke for absolutely no reason at all, the on/off button is extremely weak and sensitive, so it no longer works!

Great, until it died

The kettle worked perfectly, until it went silent after 10 months. Customer service will honor the 1-year guarantee, BUT be aware that you must pack and ship the non-working kettle to them at your own expense. On receipt, they say they’ll ship a new unit to you within 48 hours.

Lovely Electric Kettle!

The electric water kettle design and function all work magnificently We drink tisane, green, herbal and black teas and have had need of the multiple temperature settings that this kettle does. All in our household love big mugs of tea so its large capacity size is one of the best features for us. It is also the fastest heating kettle that I have ever had. And we all love that it’s glass and has colorful lights that change with what ever temp you’re doing.
