This works well for variable grinds
I have used this machine for a few years kow and it holds up and does a great job with grinding. I have learned which level of grind to use in my different coffee making devices, and the adjustability lets me make the best coffee/espresso!

Quieter than most.
It’s a bit of a mess and takes up space, but it’s quiet and has variable grind.

Awesome coffee grinder
Extremely frustrating when you can't find model # on Macy's website on may product. Is this the 560, 565, or 570 model?????
Not worth the money
I purchased this in April and unfortunately just used it for the first time and it's not worth the money. What I don't like about it is that after grinding, all the grounds do not completely empty out of the chamber. If I take out the upper burr and turn the whole unit upside down, a couple teaspoons of grounds fall out! You end up with wasted time and coffee grinds all over your counter so it's wasted coffee and that's money. Also I just cleaned it and the upper burr has developed corrosion already.
Good grinder
I purchased this last April and so far has been doing a good job of grinding my coffee beans. I use it woth both medium and dark roast beans for drip, aeropress, and my moka press. I like that it can give me a variety of grind size and is grinds the beans mostly evenly. The only thing I don't like about it is that after grinding, all the grounds does not completely empty out of the chamber. If I take out the upper burr and turn the whole unit upside down, a couple teaspoons of grounds fall out! Now if you don't care about taking exact measurements for your coffee this might not bother you as much. But for me, since I weigh the beans before I grind them and make the exact amount for my cup, this kind of irks me and is a waste of coffee. Also, after a month of using it and consistently cleaning it after every use, the upper burr has developed corrosion already. I have already contacted the manufacturer about it and they have yet to respond.
