Selling used items

Upon receiving my original item, the turning knob was completely pulled out of watch face and was covered in scratches. I received a replacement and it was covered in nicks and scratches along the closure mechanism. I was not permitted to return the second item as it was replacing the original so I just had to keep the used watch and settle for a 25% coupon that has so many restrictions that it’s basically unusable. The second watched while obviously used previously works fine and looks good despite the obvious signs of wear.
