Gave it a try, but.....

I've always chosen non-stick cookware, but really like the idea of a longer lasting and more durable option. I knew stainless steel wasn't non-stick, but hoped it would be easier to clean than it was. I ordered one small pan to try and both attempts were with simple scrambled eggs. I followed the recommended heating time, applied a few water drops, and then butter. I spread the butter then added a couple eggs. I kept the heat between low and medium while consistently stirring the eggs. The eggs were good, but they left a lot of egg stuck in the pan. After allowing the pan to completely cool, I attempted to hand washing with Dawn and warm water. Took about 10 minutes and some elbow grease to get the pan completely clean. The second attempt went pretty much the same except I tried oil instead of butter. It also left more egg on the pan and took longer to clean. I do love the look of the pan, but will continue to seek other options before ordering anything else.
