Clean look, quiet but poor air flow and hard to install.

Light Kit was a pain to get installed. It took my wife and I to tighten the light kit once we finally got it lined up. When you turn the light on it flickers for awhile until it completely lights up. It's is quiet, but you only get good air flow on high. Very disappointed in this product.
