I paid extra for a longer hang poll and it was too short so I don't get the full effect of the fan.

Receiver malfunctioned 2x

Looks great but I have been through two of these already?.the receiver at the base of the fan stopped working on both.

Beautiful and Functional Fan

This fan looks and works fune but the fandelier that we ordered from you and installed has a capacitor or other issue as it runs way too fast on low and really takes off on high.

Unfortunately the fan only worked for a week after being installed. It will not come on but is making a weird noise. The fan was checked to make sure all the connections were properly connected but fan will still not working. Very disappointed.

Beautiful Fan

Beautiful Fan, it was exactly what I was looking for! It's powerful & fits our space perfectly. My only issue was we needed a longer downrod for our space & the fan comes with a small downrod instead of a standard size so it took us some time to adapt the fan for our downrod. All things considered, I would definitely purchase again!
