Great cabinet, but not customer service for issues

I bought two and they are great for storage. However, one came damaged on the door, and I couldn’t send it back because it was when it was almost finished that we discovered it. You can see the top as it is not tall and there are silver screws that I’m going to have to cover up with something. All in all I like them. But it would be helpful if Macy’s had a place to call to replace parts.

I am very disappointed. It came without the instructions, Then, we called to get the instructions, We were told that the instructions would be mailed, but they never came so we have to send it back.
