I can't believe Macy's send me a watch that looks like it had been a return item. The plastic clear protecting film that usually comes on a watch protecting the front and back were not on there. Also it's looks like the the little knob to use to adjust it it's stuck. Definitely returning it. How 😢 for Macy's.
