Wonderful Mattress But…

This mattress replaced a 17 year old set that was shot and way too firm for me anymore. Quality is wonderful and super comfy (don't expect it to be firm) but white glove service is horrendous. Delivery people tried to put the foundation under the bed frame and then proceeded to tell me it doesn't work with a bed frame. They left the foundation on the floor with the mattress. I needed a hand to put back the metal bed frame and assemble properly, the only one available was my sixty seven year old mother. The set works with a bed frame as advertised. Macys did little to accommodate. I sleep hot and thus far mattress works well for me! A plus for manufacturer, C- for the retailer.

Comfy mattress

Casper original hybrid king size mattress. Purchase, delivery and setup was excellent. I'm very happy with my purchase after sleeping on it for two weeks.

In love

While this is an older "model," it's the bed that made me fall in love with Casper. My brother put one in his guest room, then my parents found out how well I slept on it and put one in their guest room. I have a lot of health problems and have trouble sleeping due to my varied pain issues. And Casper has changed how I sleep. I've had this mattress for three years now, and I'm still loving it as much as I did the first time I slept on it!

Love love love

I absolutely love my mattress, my husband had back pain every morning; the first morning after getting our Casper his back was totally fine, no pain. Seriously so comfortable. So supportive yet soft; which is great because he likes really firm beds and I like really soft cloud type, somehow we got both in one bed! I recommend this mattress to everyone. My girlfriend is pregnant and I recommended Casper to her, after she told me she was having extreme back pain and she bought one and says the same thing!
