Poor

Website is very misleading. I ordered 2 Original pillows, the website suggested including pillow cases for each. I interpreted this to mean cases to protect the pillows, with zippers. Instead, I received pillowcases that are raw, scratchy and uncomfortable to sleep on since they are not long staple Egyptian percale. Be careful not to get misled, as I was. Pillows are nice.
