Cover won’t lock in
I am using the old cover with the new pan since the new cover will just not lock in to the pan.

Fits my cat perfectly
I bought this to replace an older chipped sided box. I am happy with the entry height and room inside, plus, I haven’t smelled litter in that room.

Mostly perfect
The only drawback I am experiencing is having to take the top off to clean litter. I've never used a covered litter box before so this must be normal. I find it awkward. Otherwise, well made.

Top and pan
The top and pan don’t fit properly. . impossible to get both side locks working . . better quality of plastic nerded

An outstanding litter box
To begin, I have four cats, two of whom are vigorous litter kickers. These boxes are far superior to anything we've used before. Here's why: 1. The tab that you hang your bag on is fantastic. Bag stays put and all the litter gets into the bag without spilling. Ingenious idea. 2. The bottom tray is deeper than most, so I've already seen a big drop in the amount of litter being kicked out of the box by the aforementioned athletic kickers. 3. Until I received these boxes (I bought three of them) I always removed the entire hood of my box for easy access while cleaning. When I assembled these boxes with their hood/lid locks, I was concerned that I would have to go through unlocking the lids to clean well. As an aside, the locking mechanism is a little fiddly so I was dreading the idea of realigning and locking the lids back on each day. It turned out that the large door and flip-up lid gave me more than adequate room to get inside and clean to my satisfaction. 4. Overall an ingenious design that was worth every penny. Having four cats means daily box cleaning so having these boxes has actually made my routine more pleasant. Easier to clean, less litter spray, less litter tracked around the house. ps. Lesser note that the lids could be better is they were made of a more rigid plastic, allowing for easier mating and locking of the lids to the bases.

Perfect for our messy cat
Ordered this enclosed litter box for our cat who likes to throw litter around. I was worried the flap door would be an obstacle, but she went right in on her own. Very happy with this purchase!

Great product
I purchased this litter box because my senior cat would always pee on the wall with other litter boxes. Even with hooded ones, the pee would seep out from the cracks and get on the floor. Not with this one! We finally found a solution to keep all her pee in the litter box where it belongs! I highly highly recommend
