Fountain is great for cats. . . if it works
Bought this last August because one cat wanted running water. Turns out the other cat did as well. But three months in, the pump stopped. I let Catit know and they sent a second one. Three months later, that stopped working. I sent them multiple emails with no answer. They do not stand behind their product; I didn't use it even a year.

Hello Melissa, we apologize for any inconvenience you experienced with our fountain. I do see a representative reached out to your email on May 6th. Please check your spam folder if you do not see this as we have resent it. In the meantime your issue may be due to the flow control on the front of the pump. Please take a look at the vented side. This will have a lever in between a plus and a minus sign. Please make sure this is all the way to the plus side. Please see the photo below.

I have been using an older version of this fountain for several years. The cats and dog all adapted quickly to the new flower. The only negative is the length of the USB wire; it is about two or three inches too short. The fountain is in the bathroom where the outlets are all at sink level. I have a USB "extension" plug in that adds the length needed.

Unfortunate
The catit flower fountain has been a HUGE hit in our household. I recently purchased our third one, powered it up and the fountain is just not fountaining, no matter how much I tinker with it. Super disappointing.

Hi Cecilia, we're sorry to hear about the trouble with your Catit flower fountain. This may be due to the flow control on the front of the pump. Please take a look at the vented side. This will have a lever in between a plus and a minus sign. Please make sure this is all the way to the plus side.
Cats love fountain
They drink much more water from fountain. It stays clean longer than others I have had.

Would be a 5:star:️ if I could get replacement parts…
We and our cats love this product; however, only after a few months either motor in the pump goes out or the AC adapter goes bad… this is the second one we have owned and this time the AV adapter went out… and since it’s a 7.5v output you can’t use a standard phone charger.

Dear Dillard, we're sorry to hear you are having an issue but we would be happy to help! Have you removed the impeller from the motor unit to check the well area and make sure there isn't any debris that could be causing the impeller to not spin correctly? If there is debris or slime in the well area, the magnetic impeller cannot make a connection to the motor unit and will prevent it from spinning. If you have not done so, please remove the impeller from the motor and rinse it off. Clean out inside the motor with a small brush or Q-Tip, then rinse out the motor unit as well. Place the impeller back in the motor and plug it in briefly to ensure the impeller is spinning before re-assembling the unit.
