Don’t buy

I’ve had to buy two of these in the past 4 months. The black pump just stops working. This has caused my cats to go without water for 5 days combined. Not too happy.

Fits the Decor

Good Product, Cute, Could Use a Better Pump

The product is very cute and seems to be durable. The metal bowl is an excellent addition, and the mat is a great spot for the entire system. My cat very much loves the fountain and began using it immediately. The filter is of good quality, and keeps most debris from entering the reservoir. The only negative part of this product is the pump itself, which is quite noisy and can get loud. The issue originally was resolved by keeping the water level at maximum, but the pump has slowly gotten louder and there is no way to reverse the noise or cover it no matter the water level. Overall, I am very happy with this product, and my only recommendation would be to include a better pump.
