These tops are one of my favorites

I own a couple of these CeCe tops already. They are comfortable and hassle free to care for. I always buy the polyester ones with spandex. They have something for everyone.

IT’S ALL ABOUT THE SLEEVES

Finally! A blouse that has that extra room for the top part of your arm but isn’t “puffy” The sleeves hit right at your elbow, not above and not below like 3/4 sleeves The neckline is low enough without showing cleavage It’s not too tight across your chest. The material has a silky feel and fits more like a blouse even though it pulls on like a tee Very pretty and feminine looking Goes well with any type of bottom I bought four different colors.
