Runs large with pattern

Small was 30.5 inches at waist. The sizing chart lists the small size for waists 27.25-28.25 inches. Material has a pattern that wasn’t obvious in photo.

This skirt went all the way down to my ankles. Nice fabric and looks like wrinkle free but too long. Returning.
