Takes forever to receive shipment

I ordered this on Dec 30th. With standard shipping, delivery would have taken up to 6 business days. It said that delivery was planned for Jan 7th, a few days later it changed to Jan 10th, and then it changed again to Jan 13th. This is completely unacceptable. I am leaving Florida on Jan 11th and won't be able to receive this item. I chatted with customer service (someone called Yogesh) and he was absolutely useless, giving basic information that I an already find with the UPS tracking number.

Patiently waiting for my order

Still waiting for it to be delivered. I ordered on 12/3 and it was finally shipped on 12/11. Haven’t received it yet so I can’t review it. Guess the automated emails for reviews aren’t linked to confirmation delivery.

Festive Sweater

I bought this sweater for the holidays. It is more of a cranberry color than a true red, which I like. The fringe detail at the neck and down the front placket is a nice detail as are the pearl buttons. I usually wear a medium in Cece clothing, which I ordered, but I exchanged it for a large so that I could layer it and button it all the way up. I’m very pleased with this purchase.
