Inconsistant sizing!!

I bought these in the darker color (size 7) and LOVED them!! So I decided to get them in a lighter color. I ordered the same size 7. When I finally got them, I removed the tags and put them away. I just got them out to wear yesterday and they fit everywhere except the insides of the front pockets are sticking out. They obviously cut the pocket piece too small and it makes me look like a stuffed sausage. FYI, I'm 6'7" 138 lbs.
