DISAPPOINTED

I am very disppointed with my purchase from Macys, i livec in Trinidad and ordered these jeans online as a gift for someone, it appreared to have already been worn. The high smell of laundry detergent was all over my package. The jeans even had a small tear at the back. I WOULD APPRECIATE HAVING THIS ISSUE RESOLVED PROMPYLY!!!
