Beautiful

I was worried because of some of the reviews I read with people placing an order and not getting the ring. I ordered mine on a Saturday and the ring was delivered by Wednesday. It’s beautiful. I would say the only negative is the band is super thin.

Beautiful Ring

Wife loved it. It’s a bling machine. Happy with purchase. Only negative-Macy’s wouldn’t ship to the nearest store for a pickup and UPS driver just left the box by the front door. That could have been a Disaster.

Disappointed

I ordered this ring on 8/10/24 and here it is 8/28/24 and I have not heard one word about when or if I will ever receive this item. I’ve called customer service twice and was promised I should receive it soon. I have given up. My thought is that Macy’s shouldn’t advertise an item if they cannot fulfill the order for.

Shame on Macy’s

As mentioned in the prior review- I never am going to receive the ring I bought, thanks to Macy’s overselling beyond their inventory. My husband spent hours trying to get an answer from “customer service “ (what a joke) to find out when I would receive the ring due to it being back ordered. We were informed I will never receive the ring. There was nothing they could do to remedy the situation. No offer of a substitute. No compensation whatsoever. We had already paid for the ring and were told they would refund the money. I am heartbroken.

Worst Possible Outcome

I cannot share my thoughts on the product because I never received the product. After many phone calls and hours of wait time on hold, I was finally able to talk to a manger and I was told it is possible that I may never receive the ring that I ordered to give as a gift. I was never offered any type of remediation or alternative. Only a "Sorry but there is nothing we can do". This was by far the worst customer service experience of my life. Shame on Macys.
