Upset Customer!

I ordered this bracelet online with the help of a very nice Macy's agent. I decided that I would pick it up at the store to see if I liked it or not. When I came to the store, the associate handed me the bag, but I told her I wanted to try the bracelet on before leaving. My husband noticed that the lady was having trouble putting the bracelet on me because it was broken. We were all shocked. She asked one of her associates about it, and the other lady told her that the piece was broken and should not have been sold to anyone. I was very upset. I am glad that I came to the store to see the bracelet in person instead of having it delivered to my house. I am also happy that I read other customers' reviews. The money was refunded to me.

Returned, poor quality

The diamonds in this bracelet are very tiny and some of them are cloudy. They’re not certified clear. I wonder if it truly is a 3 carat diamond bracelet also, the metal seems like it’s hollow. The bracelet is very lightweight and as my mother would say if she thought something was cheap, she would call it. Chin Chi. I think you would have one time to catch this bracelet on something and it would break so I returned it three days after it arrived in the mail what a disappointment I purchased a bracelet 15 years or so ago very similar from Macy’s and it was wonderful. The quality has gone way downhill.

Beware of breakage

I have been monitoring the price for about 1 year now, and it FINALLY came down to where I wanted it, so I purchased it immediately. Upon arrival, I opened it and noticed how beautiful it was! I was head over heels to wear it! When I put it on, it broke, and the whole clasp was left to one side. I was so bummed and after going through the reviews, I noticed it was a common issue. I ended up returning the product. Didn't even bother with an exchange as I was afraid the same would happen with a new one, and it's not a cheap diamond bracelet where one can take the loss or get it repaired easily. If you're looking to buy this, it's definitely beautiful, but inspect it thoroughly before wearing it to avoid getting stuck with a damaged product.
