Bad shipping and it’s small

It’s a lot smaller than you think & shipping takes a lot longer than expected also the date they give you add 3 more business days to it I think ordering this item twice and the same result happen so I am done with ordering off line with Macys

Never received my package

Macys is not what it used to to be. I placed an order on the 11th and the only part of my order I have received is the discounted item that I got for buying the main item.
