First of all, I do not use paper plates, even for backyard meals. I put too much into my meals to serve them on a soggy cheap paper plate. This set of dishes is the perfect compromise for our Sunday Family Dinners! No worries with the great grandchildren yet beautiful enough for the adults. These dishes are light yet rich in color. I have service for 24 so no matter how large the crowd I can have a beautiful presentation for my meal. Not sure what the negative reviews are about as these dishes are stunning yet are unbreakable sturdy yet lightweight. I do put them in the dishwasher but on a light cycle with a low dry cycle and they’ve washed up just fine. I have had the dinner plates in the set for three years and they are perfect and still new. Take it from someone who hosts many dinners and parties that this set is perfect for small or large gatherings and do not compromise your style aesthetic!

Really pretty but way too expensive
Fancy yet unbreakable!
These plates are beautiful and make for a gorgeous table. I do not use paper plates, even outdoors. You can style these lightweight yet sturdy plates to look fabulous with denim cloth napkins and colored plastic stemware. We grill out back every day Spring through Fall and used these plates constantly. They still look perfect.
