Wrong wrong wrong

Macy yall been horrible lately , everytime I order from yall , the order has been wrong yall send the item but it's the wrong color , i oder white hat blue words u send white hat with black words , i order Calvin Klein shoes wear them to work right out the box new 1 time and they brake from the shoe heel ! Like really what's going on ? Either the quality cheap or you're sending me the wrong product it's ridiculous, and I have to pay to return it ,or sign up to a membership to ship back free or I have to go into a Macy's physically to return and hope and visit different locations to find the same product i purchased. This is foolishness, smh Macy's yall use to be reliable now your just problematic. No5 surprised some of your locations are closing down

Only got my hat and other orders cancelled 4 times

I hat somewhat satisfied with my hat, but my other items got cancelled 4 times due to the site not updating their items that are in stock
