Love Chanel

I adore all Chanel products BUT, they never seem to have what I'm specifically looking for, and they do offer to order it (which in the past has never been an issue) This particular time I was told my order would take 11 days to reach me? I should have opted to just go elsewhere and purchase it but I went through with the order. It did end up getting delivered within 7 days, but I would have had no way of knowing that. So it did all work out in the end .... but come on, two weeks for an order????

not happy

I wish I'd have realized, when I ordered this perfume, that it was going to take ELEVEN days to receive it (provided I actually receive it when they say I will?). I would have gone to Dillards or ULTA. Never again!

Overpriced undelivered

Ordered with plenty of time before Christmas they say nothing until after it should be here so no time to replace it. I get one email telling me I will see it after New Years, maybe inst that great no offer to try and keep my business which they have lost for good just said to bad but if you font get it now we will gift you a free return. This is why these types of stores are just about extinct overprice and horrible customer service could have paid far less with better results at 20 internet stores and gotten better treatment. so when your selling the light fixtures and ripping out the rugs its because anyone can do the job better.

I have been wearing this fragrance since 1990. It is my everyday, every night and special occasion fragrance. I would never wear anything else!
