Uncomfortable

Very uncomfortable and feels very bad on your feet.I can’t even walk on it.Return window closed and they refused to return or even store credit.They denied to help me with it and told me to contact the manufacturer.They also refused to exchange or credit.I m stuck with it.Macys return policy is not good and they don’t even give store credit.I m not happy with Macys.

Really uncomfortable

I bought it because of it’s nice looking but it’s really horrible when I wore it.I tried to return it but couldn’t because the purchase was over 30 days and I tried to contact with the vendor to refund or replace the shoe but they refused to give me any compensation for the shoe.Its useless for me and I am stuck with it.
