Missing Hardware

I purchased two chairs one came with missing hardware so I called the number that was on the paper and it was Macy’s I explain my situation with the missing hardware and I asked could they just sent me the hardware Macy said I had to send the whole. package back per that company I will never purchase furniture again from Macy’s-. This company.

Beautiful chairs

These chairs are stunning and well made. Easy to put legs on and chairs are well made. Delivery was straight to front door and packaged very good. These chairs are comfortable and I purchased them to complete a newly remodeled living room.

Great buy

Great quality chair, the fabric looks like like a tweed-linen mix so it looks relatively expensive. Great workmanship and it took less than 10 mins to put together. It was a little smaller than expected but still big enough to seat an adult comfortably so I had no real issue with that.
