Pillows recommended for guest room. Pillows delivered, look as though they were used, a head indentation and material wrinkled around indentation. Pillows were also very thin in width. I ordered these as a recommendation from my son for my guest room that he sleeps in and has the same for his home bed. The only thing I can think of is that someone returned these pillows in place of the original?? They should have been checked by Macy's before sending out to an another buyer!

Quality pillow, hefty, supportive. these pillows are so comfortable. I purchased both the Soft and Medium and I like both very much. They are excellent quality. I definitely would order again and recommend them to family and friends. My daughter and my mother loved it.
